Product is great.
My stethoscope is very nice. However, when I purchased it I did not see anywhere that it required a signature upon delivery. I work during the day and missed it being delivered twice due to being gone. I tried to change the delivery with the usps, but they refused to leave it without a person present. This resulted in me not having a stethoscope for a week at work!

Medisave Sent me the wrong item: I ordered maroon, i got black.
The basics - who cares? Ship and bill! Not only did the company, Medisave, Send to me the wrong item ( I ordered maroon, i got black) but I ordered and was billed for engraving, which they did not do) Then Medisave responded on this site - but then did no follow-up, and did not return phone calls or emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM MEDISAVE MD, FACC
