Had a small issue with a return earlier. Had to make a few calls and was eventually solved. Other than that they have great service.Competitive prices. Highly recommend.

I was satisfied with my purchase . It shipped the very next day after I ordered it. I can hear tons better with my new stethoscope. My only complaint is the pictures are just a little off. The color of my stethoscope came about 2 shades darker than the picture online. Nothing to discredit my experience over and the case was huge compared to what I expected from the picture. Overall I am still satisfied and the transaction was fast and smoothe.

Been buying from them for about 5 years. The last order was a littman stethoscope, and the recommended case to put it in. the problem is the case. it is not designed to fit the stethoscope its recommended for. I contacted customer service, and in a nutshell, there solutions was just to cram it in there and make it fit, or i could return it at my own expense.. I sent a followup email, never got a response back. You spend over $200 on a stethoscope, another $30 for a case THAT THEY SAY FITS IT AND ITS THE ONE THEY RECOMMEND, and you get crappy customer service with an attitude. So i guess i will be buying from another company from now on

That was a prompt delivery. I didn't expect my order to arrive that quick. So happy and satisfied with my purchase. I like the fact that my name is imprinted on it.

There was no way to know whether components ordered would be correct. When they arrived I soon learned that they were not compatible with my Littman Cardiology II model. When I called to seek a correction I was told that there was nothing they could do, and to call Litttman.
