I couldn't believe how quickly I got my stethoscope, including having the engraving. I live in Hawaii and we always have to wait for weeks for things to arrive. This arrived within one week. This stethoscope is so much better than my Littman II classic. I wish I had gotten it sooner.

I ordered a lamp for my nursing graduation and it arrived broken. It was obvious that it was shipped that way because there was no pieces of the broken lamp in the box, which would be in there if it broke during transit. I contacted them immediately and asked for a replacement, and let's just say that it is now 5 days later and no one is in a hurry to send me a replacement. The people working the chats can't do anything but send off tickets which are not dealt with in a timely manner.

After a few dead end google searches, I came across this colorful chic gem and the quality is just WOW! When I auscultate my patients, I can hear crystal clear.
