I was amazed with their speed and communication (texts/emails to let me know when item was sent & delivered). I got exactly what I was expecting in a very timely matter. Would actually rate 4.5/5 stars because: "Live chat" on website had a wait time of more than 1 hour....who has time for that? And I really would have liked the personalization on my stethescope to be in script, but this did not appear to be an option.

I was very pleased with my experience with Medisave. They answered all my questions and concerns quickly and professionally, as well as solving a ordering problem. Most importantly the product delivered was high quality and delivery was the fastest I have experienced with basic shipping while shopping online. Definitely recommend Medisave.

Not only did I get a good deal, the customer service was great. I received emails immediately after ordering, when it was processed and shipped (with tracking info), and also when the ordered arrived at my home.

Everything was easy and fast. Simple and efficient.

Came in pretty timely manner as anticipated. My only cons are packaging and the engraving. Packing was poor! Literally the stethoscope box came in a barely padded envelope. I'm sure that's not the best way to transport medical equipment that can easily cost hundreds of dollars. Shame. The engraving of the name is fine, but the two caduceuses on the end are pretty small, like almost indistinguishable if you didn't already know what they were. Had I known I prob wouldn't have gotten them. Makes it look kinda silly to me. Nonetheless, the function the stethoscope is not compromised!
