Was easy to order only issue was they sent in with a signature required so I had to go to the post office to sign for the package.

I spoke with Sandra and was assured a product would arrive next day. The product did not arrive the next day despite paying what I was instructed to pay by Sandra. When customer service was contacted they denied having ever given me the next day delivery date that they had promised and did nothing to correct their error. The color swatches are misleading on their website.

Great experience, I was sent texts informing me of the status of the shipment every step of the way ... very nice. Product arrived quickly, undamaged, and it performs as advertised. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I was up date on time of delivery to the hour.

Love my new stethoscope! The price was right, the color options were fun, & I love the engraving! I also appreciated the timely delivery, & coupon offer for a protective case (which I just ordered). I can auscultate so much better on my assessments!
