Bought a litmann III classic stethoscope as a gift a few weeks ago and just found out it doesn't work. I tried it out for myself (since I have a litmann also) and you can barley hear anything. Called customer service but they are closed. Not happy about product!!! Customer service during the purchase was good and delivery was on time! Hopefully they will exchange it or I'll have lost money

Probably one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had. Purchased a stethoscope for my daughters birthday, was supposed to be delivered before her birthday, it was not. I had to run to a medical supply store to purchase another one. After inquiring I had discovered that someone in their shipping department messed up my address. When I called them they told me it was my fault.. apparently I was able to get my name and zip code right but I " accidentally " typed in the wrong street number, the wrong street, the wrong city and the wrong state. I've never lived in Washington DC and have no affiliation with anyone in DC. They refused to accept the fact they messed up and continued to blame me. To this day, I have not received a package to my address. If you have to deal with Robert Kaiser, good luck, I wouldn't buy a band-aid from this company.

The order came through to us with the address in Washington, we did not amend this and would not have any reason to consider the address might be incorrect unless we were advised of this by the customer. It sounds like there may have been an issue with the address auto-filling to the one given when your postcode was entered.
