Good Service!
This website was very easy to use! I received my order much more quickly than I expected. I placed the order on a Wednesday. The following Tuesday, I received 2 emails and 1 text that my order was in transit. That Friday, my order was delivered but I did not know that I would have to sign for it (usually they just toss my orders behind my gate that is in front of my door or they place it just outside the gate) so I was not available. I received both an email and a text message that it would be delivered that day then another text message and message when the carrier marked that I was not available (very immediate response). But the situation was easily remedied, I simply went to the USPS website and said that I would pick it up at a USPS office. I went the next Saturday morning just before they closed and picked it up in just a few minutes!

Fast/ friendly service
Fast/ friendly service, love their prices, their laser engraving was awesome. My last stethoscope was "engraved" and you couldn't tell what it said. Love shopping with small businesses! I had two separate orders with them and both were pleasant transactions

perfect! I purchased the cardiology master stethoscope and everything was just as ordered, including the laser engraving. highly recommended.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I customized my order and the color's not true to picture sames as laser letter. I can't even return it.

We are sorry to hear the color wasn't as expected, this can vary depending on your screen settings and the lighting of your environment compared to the lighting when pictured. It was exactly as I ordered
It was exactly as I ordered! Take note that your computer may or may not accurately show the actual color. Choose the carribean blue and its a little darker than what it looks like on my mac. But I still love it! I also received it several days than I expected which was a bonus!
