My scope is awesome, yet, getting it was the issue (avoid USPS). *Just be aware* Medisave requires an Actual Signature = you must be home when your package arrives. Medisave's chat was extremely helpful as opposed to their customer service rept over the phone. Other than that- I'm very happy with my scope (5 stars)!!!

Mandy, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Yes, it is the policy for order requires a signature upon receipt, this is is in place to ensure you also receive the parcel. some of our providers offer dynamic online tools that enable our customers to track, received notifications and even sign remotely for their packages. This could have been an option that might have been suitable for you. Glad our online chat service was able to help you with your order and apologies as our customer service representative on the phone wasn't offerering the level of customer service we should be providing. Sincerely, Medisave Customer Services
