Bought Welch Allyn Harvey Ellite Stethoscope from the Medisave US LLP. Couldn't here cardiac murmurs properly. First I thought I need to get used to the Stethoscope but then realized that the Stethoscope isn't working right. By the time I realized that there is a problem with Stethoscope, it was past one month. Called Medisave customer service and I was told that I should call Welch Allyn directly since its past one month after purchase, and here is a surprise; After looking into my case and purchase in detail, I was told that Medisave is not an authorized distributor for Welch Allyn. The stethoscope was sold to me at a much lower price $178, while the original price for stethoscope is $313. Most importantly, Welch Allyn did not find any sales of this stethoscope to Medisave indicating that they purchased the stethoscope sold to me from SOMEWHERE ELSE and not from Welch Allyn!!! So basically, I got cheated. The most interesting part is, their website says Authorized Dealers!!!
