I ordered an infant stethoscope for my daughter who was starting a new job in the NICU. The ordering process was simple and the item arrived as ordered. The only issue I had was not with Medisave but with FedEx. It didn't arrive on either of the days it was scheduled to arrive. That wouldn't have been a big deal either except she works nights and had to sleep on the couch in order to be available to receive it because it required a signature and her apartment office won't accept packages.
