Good experience with the company
timely delivery, even on basic shipping Saved about 70 dollars compared to other sites for same product including engraving. Product as depicted upon arrival Needed to contact customer service for additional help and staff was helpful

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. They filled the order the next morning and it was delivered to our house 2 days later shipped by regular mail. It was in a box suitable for gift giving and the engraving was done right. I would definitely shop here again. Thank you!

Rude customer service
I made a purchase for $200. And there was no free shipping. The other medical companies provide free shipping for anything over $125. I called customer service to inquire about free shipping and they were extremely rude to me. I decided to go ahead with my order because my current stethoscope was broken and I did not have time to go to another site pick out the stethoscope and have it engraved. Upon making my purchase I got an email saying it was cancelled due to fraud alert. And they would not process my credit card. Once again I called customer service and they were extremely rude to me.
