The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. The products are excellent. Pricing is good. The customer service from Robert via "chat" was excellent. When I advised him I had received something in my order that was not intended for me, another item addressed to someone else but packed in my order, he was quick to respond. He provided a mailing label so I could forward the item to the other person. Much to my surprise, he contacted me via email to apologize for the mistake, thank me and advised he would send me something for the inconvenience. I didn't think much of it until a few days later when I received a package in the mail. Seeing the return address I knew Robert had followed through. Not really expecting to see anything more than a key chain, pen or other promotional item, I was pleasantly surprised to see several very nice items. He had actually gone to the trouble to include an item engraved with the name of the person whom the original item was purchased for. Excellent customer service! Thank you Robert!
