The order went like clock work, good price, and timely notifications on the order delivery. However, the 'Free' pen/light/stylus was nice except the batteries were dead,:(. Took awhile to figure out how to change them, and paid $15 for new batteries.

I paid extra money for express processing and for faster shipping to have the item before Christmas. The options i choose stated I’d have them before Christmas and I won’t receive it until the 27th, unacceptable.

Unfortunately the couriers are very busy at Christmas and there can sometimes be delays.
