Im very happy with the purchase, the stethoscope is perfect and I loved the pen

Today, February 17th, it’s been more than two weeks that I purchased a stethoscope and I still don’t have it. There was an issue with the delivery of the product and Medisave could not trace where my product is nor send me another one. Extremely unsatisfied. Would never recommend buying with them.

I have never received such excellent service anywhere else. I ordered my stethoscope on a Tuesday and received it, engraved, at my door, on a Thursday of that same week. I would highly recommend and will be doing business with Medisave in the vey near future!!

This was a gift for my daughter who is a Navy corpsman. I needed for this to be engraved and I liked that there was a choice for other characters besides letters. The package was shipped timely even with the engraving and arrived as scheduled at her base. She couldn't be happier which meant I was happy.

item was backordered and actually was received by the company earlier than expected. It shipped quickly and was well packaged. it required a signature because of the value. i would highly recommend this company-the website had truthful information, the customer service rep I spoke with on the phone was courteous and pleasant, and the item shipped quickly. thanx for a great experience.
