Great customer service!
USPS messed up my shipment but Medisave was quick to file complaint with them after I called. Got the stethoscope within 24 hrs. Quick response to answer the phone when I called and great customer service. Stethoscope is great of course. Just got it, only listened to family members so far. Burgundy color is nice. Engraving on bell is good but not the cleanest engraving I have ever seen.

Glad we could intercede with the package. I'm sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the engraving. Did you try wiping it down? Sometimes there is some residue from the laser process.
