Item was not delivered I had to pick up from post office they showed no interest in helping me

FAST SHIPPING...ordered on evening of 4/16/18 & received on 4/19/18 in afternoon. Glad I was home when it arrived.....I did not know signature would be required for delivery. BEAUTIFUL carribean blue stethoscope with professional engraving on rainbow bell....CLEAR acoustics. MEDISAVE.NET IS A RELIABLE , GREAT COMPANY to order from at reasonable prices.

The quality of my stethoscope was exeptional. I was very impressed with the engraved name on the chest piece. The price for the stethoscope was very good. In my shopping around, I haven't found anything cheaper. The reason I have rated this a 3 is because I could not find anywhere on the website how many days to expect for my order to arrive. So I was left wondering about it until it shipped. At that point, usps sent me a tracking number and an expected delivery date. And also, I want to mention that there was nothing that told me I had to be home to sign for the package when it arrived. Unfortunately, I was gone at the time that they tried to deliver the package. I had to go the post office the next morning to pick it up because of the signature requirement. If I had known that a signature was required, I could have arranged my schedule to be home, or could have had someone else be there to sign for it. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my order and would recommend this company, except for the lack of communication with shipping.

Wanted a Birthday gift for my daughter, and had her name engraved. But forgot her Title and by the time I remembers it was already out the door the same day. She absolutely loved it.

Thank you for requiring a signature for my Cardiology !V stethoscope! I would hate for it to disappear with porch-robbers being such a thing lately.
