I sent a in a stethoscope to get my name engraved on it. It was very affordable, had a fast turn-around time (I had it back in less than 2 weeks from the day I mailed it), and the quality is great. I have recommended this company to coworkers who are looking to get their stethoscopes engraved.

I personally will not shop her again. Apparently, you need to be home to sign for your package. They ship through USPS, and require a signature. In my area, this means that if you are not home, USPS will keep the package. They will leave a notice with a 800 number. USPS has become automated where I live, so you do not get to talk to anyone in a local post office. The automated system is not efficient and you may not actually have the ability to place a redelivery order. I tried using the internet also, and that was a hassle too. I placed a redelivery request through the internet as soon as a delivery attempt was made (a Saturday). I did not receive the package on Monday. I placed another redelivery order Monday. USPS did not place the redelivery request or respond to my request until almost a week later. I had to go through a major hassle to get a package that if I had bought the same thing on Amazon, it would have been delivered the first day - no hassles. I won't be buying items through Medisave again. I will do business with Amazon.

Betsy, I'm sorry for the trouble with your package. A signature is required for all our packages (except 1st Class mail parts, etc.) This helps ensure proper carrier service and provides the necessary proof of delivery required for personalized medical equipment. I know how hard it can be to reach USPS. We do have other shipping options available but in order to offer free shipping USPS is the cheapest carrier option (I guess you get what you pay for). I do see that your package was finally delivered. If you were to reconsider buying from Medisave again we would be happy to look at other shipping options for you.

The only problem I had was that I paid for over night mail and I received 3 days later I never got my money back for the over night charge. But my purchase was in perfect shape.

Hello, we are happy that you received your item and you are pleased with it. Unfortunately, you selected standard overnight shipping and that method is for delivery the next business day which would be Monday the day you did receive your order. If ever you place a order on a Friday and need Sat priority delivery please give us a call as that is an extra charge that we can help you get processed by credit card and we will make sure you receive for Sat. delivery. This information is under our shipping information tab on our site. You are a valued customer and we appreciate your order

I absolutely love my Littman Cardiology IV! Shipping was fast and it was engraved correctly with my name and credentials. It sounds much clearer than the Littman Classic II SE from nursing school which I also purchased from Medisave 3 1/2 years ago. I’m going from an oncology outpatient infusion clinic where I gave chemo day in and out so a stethoscope was unnecessary to a Cardio Pulmonary ICU where a good stethoscope makes all the difference. I believe this stethoscope will serve me well and Medisave yet again had the lowest price I could find. I’m definitely a customer for life!
