I’ve been waiting 27 days and still do not have my order. I have contacted them by email 3 times. Each time they ask me to be patient, as they are filling orders as fast as possible. I’m real close to asking them to cancel my order and refund my payment!

I too fell for this SCAM! I ordered a month ago for the 2 for 2 for 1 dog beds. Only excuses and now once I requested a refund, no communication. I am complaining to the Better Business Bureau, Department of Commerce, and any other authority who can dig into this and arrest these criminals.

I ordered these beds back in June and still no beds. No one answers your emails and no one answers the phone. Mail box has been full for two months. DO NOT order from this company. I have requested a refund for over a month now and still no refund or beds. SCAM!!!!! At least a courtesy phone call would have been appreciated but they do nothing.
