Shipping was delayed a week. Then another week. Then another week. So far not the best experience with this company. ***Reply*** The item was listed as in stock. There was no mention that the item would be delayed 3 weeks. I did not receive the option to cancel due to the delay (had I received this option, I would have excercised it). The only correspondence I got was 'shipping delayed by manufacturer.' Not really an acceptable answer on an order over $3,000.

Our clients also get an option to cancel the order if wait times do not work with their needs. Manufacturers do have production and shipment delays which affect the end users eventually. I am not happy as i have been charged for my order and it keeps getting delayed through no fault of my own. I should not have been charged on my credit card until the order has shipped. I have received 3 order updates with the shipping date getting further and further out.
