Took a week to ship a transfer board. I asked about over night was told it would be $70.00 shipping. Should not have been more than 25.00. Customer service person was very nice. When something medical is ordered it is usually because it is needed fast. Not to be shipped a week later plus a few days in transit. The board is good quality.

The only negative part of ordering from this company was that it took too long to receive the product. I ordered it at the beginning of July and did not receive it until the end of September. I specifically informed the company that we needed it by August 20. It arrived September 27. The price, however, was very good compared to other companies, for the same exact product.

Our order was not complete and we are still waiting on 4 slings to go with the Arjo lifter. We ordered everything at the same time, and our check has cleared...but still missing slings. Also, your website states specifically "free shipping" which I had to haggle with the customer service agent about, causing an unpleasant experience at the start. You need to be very clear about the shipping of such an expensive item. I am glad this was resolved and we did not have to pay this "extra" shipping charge. Your UPS shipping of the slings does not say what item(s) are delayed. There is no information and as a company YOU need to be on top of where the items are that a customer has paid for and if delayed what item it is and WHEN it will be delivered.

Online ordering was straight forward and easy. The fulfillment process was not. Had to call to finalize my order which was just listening to all the info I’d put in online read back to me and listening to a bunch of mumbled whispers as they navigated their system. Then it was almost a week later the order was finally processed and a shipping label was created but everyday I got a status update email that just said it was processing which was kind of annoying because I got 10 emails and only 2 of them had actual helpful information which was a confirmation of the order and a confirmation of the shipment. Took about a week to be delivered. So 2 weeks, 10 emails, and a phone call later I got the item I ordered. Shipping box was in good shape, packing materials were what was needed to get it here safely, item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as expected. Overall I’m very happy with the product but next time I need to order medical equipment I will look elsewhere first.

Items are very expensive and you have to contact them to get exact prices for some items. Many of the items are very niche, so the cost is somewhat understandable. Having to contact them for prices is archaic, but they did at least respond reasonably promptly. My item reached me in a reasonable amount of time and works as expected.

The order is always correct and got to me faster than other sites can do
