I like everything about MDLIVE and would give it a 5 star rating if you would offer more than a 30 day refill on the medications you are willing to refill. So, even though it doesn't show it. I give MDLIVE 4 3/4 stars. Thanks for being a phone call away.

Easy to use and quick response from a doctor. I certainly cannot normally get into my PCP the day I call for minor issues (cold, etc) or want to spend extra money at a Walk-in clinic. MDLIVE gets you in contact with a medical professional quickly who can prescribe medication and get you back on your feet.

I can honestly say, this type of medical service is a win-win! It’s allows PCP, UC, and ER doctors to care for more urgent or serious matters w/ patients and leave the simpler visits to a online MD. I personally think is an amazing option because how many times have you been sick and you don’t even feel like getting up and driving to a doctor office or an urgent care? MDLIVE provides a easy, fast, patient friendly, and incredibly convenient solution. The MD I worked with was so professional and although across the phone lines, I could hear her concern just by the questions she was asking and feel the genuine care by the tone in her voice. I only wish I would have used MDLIVE YEARS ago! Thank you to all that made this service happen !!

The doctor seemed more interested in checking the box that he handled my case than he did about my care.

This experience made it possible for me to be diagnosed without leaving home to the best of their knowledge. It was a weekend and my primary care was closed. I feel the advice given was very professional and a prescription was called in for me for my cough.

Wonderful service. I had a return call within 10 minutes. My husband woke up with terrible pain in his great toe. The physician did a thorough assessment asking lots of questions and looking at his feet. Correct diagnosis and scripts called to pharmacy. Entire process including our initial call took less than 30 minutes and best part was it was all completed within privacy of our home at 5:30 in the morning. Highly recommend this service. Reduced price on the meds by showing our card at pharmacy

Once account was set up, was a quick easy virtual visit with a doc and I had antibiotics for a very simple, straightforward diagnosis. Saved me probably a good hour of sitting in doctors office with potential exposure to who knows what. Perfect for that simple, uncomplicated diagnosis.

Very convenient to be able to call and speak to a doctor from home ,without the long wait at a walk-in medical clinic!!
