My first experience with a virtual visit was so convenient and effective! I was well enough to work but knew I needed to see a doctor. This saved me so much time and was just as good as going to the doctor’s office. Not only that, it was very reasonably priced too!

Was feeling so bad and no strength. Did not dare drive so was very happy when I remembered this service was available. Was quick, easy, and accurate. Thank you for being there and I hope this service continues.

Slight confusion setting up (it didn’t mention needing to add 01 to my insurance subscriber Id and just rejected it over and over). But after that I was able to request a doctor call, and within 15 minutes a doctor called me. I have had a fever of 100.5-101 for four days, had developed an earache overnight, mucus coming out of my eyes, hacking and coughing. The doctor told me to take an expectorant (which id already been taking). Now I’m vomiting as well so I’m going to go try the local urgent care. Wasted $45.

This is such a good and super fast option to get MD help. I love the ease of using the system and that I can get a prescrip if needed without leaving my home.

MD Live was a great way to get medical attention without leaving my house. The response time was within an hour as promised. The doctor was very professional.... asked a lot of questions, explained what he thought was going on and explained my options. I would highly recommend to everyone. And here is the topping on the cake.. IT WAS FREE!!

Easy to access, the Doctor visit was thorough and competent. Even the Doctors “bedside “ manner was respectful and engaging. What a godsend. It’s a comfort to know I can use this service, get professional care and save a half day of time.
