I was so relieved when Dr. Peltzer at MDLive came online for my virtual visit. I had wasted hours on a different site (LiveHealth), never getting to see a doctor. At MDLive the doctor was professional, listened to my concerns, and didn’t rush me through the visit. Also, MDLive was $5 cheaper than LiveHealth. This was my first ever virtual office visit, and I was totally satisfied with my care.

Eventually worked out but 03/14/20 was a rough day. Tried making an appointment at 10:00 the system could not take payment. It took more than an hour to solve that problem. Finally got through and made a first available appointment at 11:18. At about 2 pm got an email that my appointment was cancelled spent. Made a new first available appointment, then called to try and get my original spot back in line and spent about 45 minutes twice on hold with customer service without ever being able to talk to a person. It's 4:30 now and I have yet to even receive the courtesy call about wait times. My son has an ear infection which is actually something they can do something about!!! The service has been okay in the past but the system is failing today!!! 03/14/20 Update: It was a very busy day and it was quite frustrating but eventually I was contacted by and advised I was being connected by video at approximately 5:00 (shortly after my review posted). The video never worked but the doctor was awesome and eventually gave me a call on the phone. She answered all my questions and was able to call in a prescription. I didn't have to take my child to the urgent Care and expose him to anything else.

My experience was terrific. The doctor listened and prescribed medicine that was just what I needed.

I appreciate that I quickly was able to speak to a doctor. The doctor listened to my concerns and was able to immediately send in a prescription to my pharmacy. I think this is a great service and would recommend them.

I have many pulmonary problems, when I started to get a cold, and congestion in my chest on a Saturday, I called your med line and was able to get an Rx called in right away with-out having to wait for days to see my own primary Dr.. Having that immediate help, got me back to good health right away instead of waiting, and probably would have wound up in the hospital !!

I loved my experience! I recommended this service to my co-workers. My time with the physician was quick and easy. I had some difficulty in understanding the waiting to connect portion however, it was worth the wait because I didn't have to spend 2 hours waiting at the clinic.

Old and Scared I woke up in the middle of the night dizzy. This was unusual but I do take meds that can make you dizzy. But having been diagnosed with Afib this scared me. It disappeared after 30 minutes. In the morning I called MD Live as it was the weekend and offices were closed. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The woman who had taken my call was so efficient she had taken all my information and I had a call from a doctor within 30 -45 minutes. My questions were answered and my fears calmed. Will do this again if necessary.

Easy, and having the ability to video chat felt as if I had a face to face appointment.
