This is a very easy app to use and the service is excellent. The only issue is that the messages/info page doesn’t automatically refresh. So you have to go out and come back in or monitor your email to know that service is complete.

There is an option for patients to choose if they prefer email or text updates so, the texts updates may be more beneficial in this case. Thank you again!!
