Every step of the process is great
Every step of the process is great, but you selection of pharmacies needs improvement.

Thank you. All feedback is welcome and appreciated as it helps us to continually improve the experience for our users. Unlike other telehealth companies, we do not require patients to utilize specific pharmacies and most pharmacies are populated into our database. However, if a preferred pharmacy does not appear, please message us with the address and we will be able to send the medication(s) to that location.

Makes it unnecessarily difficult for a refill prescription.
I already had a prescription filled by you, and your questionnaire stated that I wouldn't need to upload a photo of my current prescription if I already had one filled by you, but I was required to upload the photo. Also, for repeat refills you shouldn't have to go through all the same questions if it is for the same medication.

Questions asked are to ensure nothing medically has changed since the patients last visit and the photo uploads are to ensure medication dosages were not changed in between visits. Safety is our number one priority.

I wish I had known beforehand that it would be only a 3-month subscription with no refills. When I used a telehealth doc previously, I got a 3-month scrip with 3 full refills.

had a fast response initially and got…
had a fast response initially and got my prescription, but after noticing i gave the wrong pharmacy i was unable to get it corrected despite leaving a message (never answered)
