Hello. We are glad to hear that you’ve been happy with our service in the past. In general, and to clear up any confusion, MDAnywhere always informs our patients when an in-person doctor visit and updated labs are necessary before we can issue additional long-term refills. While it might feel like an extra hurdle, this policy is strictly for the patients’ safety. A yearly in-person evaluation is a critical step that allows a physician to screen for any new or developing health concerns, ensure the current treatment plan is still the most effective and safe option, and verify that the patients’ vitals and physical health align with the lab results. The 30-day supply is a courtesy refill offer intended to bridge the gap and ensure the patient does not go without medication while arranging that in-person visit. Once the in-person evaluation is completed, we are more than happy to resume the regular refills and continue supporting the patients’ health journey. At the end of the day, we care about our patients' safety more than revenue. This is why we have a policy of never charging a patient for an evaluation unless they can be treated.

Hello. At MDAnywhere our team strives to deliver the best experience for its users. Safety is always our number one priority. An in-person visit with labs is recommended after about a year of refills again for the safety of the patient. Similiar to what an in-person provider requests. Once labs are complete, patients are welcome to use our services again. In general, patients are sent messages letting them know that lab work will be needed before their next visit. Hello. If you are a patient, please log in and go to "my account" to check for pending messages or call us at 1(800)-632-4981. Certain medications, such as controlled substances and others listed on our site, cannot be prescribed. MDAnywhere prides ourselves on excellent customer service and patient safety is always the number one priority. That is why at MDAnywhere if a patient cannot be treated, they are not charged.

Sorry to hear you are receiving medical ads. However, at MDAnywhere, we only message patients through our secure patient portal and do not ever share our patient emails. That goes against our terms and conditions. Those targeted ads did not come from utilizing our website. Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that. At MDAnywhere, we take pride that our prices are below competition, had not increased in over five years, and for many are lower than their copay. All prices are listed upfront on the website and there are no hidden fees or subscriptions. The telehealth model is great for those who want to save time, gas, unable to leave home, or those who may not have insurance.

Hello. Sorry to hear if you had technical issues. At MDAnywhere, a patient is never charged if they cannot be treated. Prescriptions are electronically sent, a confirmation by the pharmacy is received on our end and then the patient is charged. If you are a patient, please log into your account to check messages and treatment summary. You can always calls us at 1(800)-632-4981 to check on the status of a treatment as well. We are more than happy to contact the pharmacy to see what the hold up may be on their end.

Hello. At MDAnywhere we refill thyroid medications quite often. However, the safety of the patient is always top priority. Thyroid medication is a maintenance medication and being on it requires the patient to have proper follow up and routine labs after a year to reassure this medication works correctly. This is the same protocol an in-person provider abides by. Once labs are done a patient is always welcome to come back for refills. In addition, if a patient cannot be treated MDAnywhere does not charge for the visit. Again, we care about the safety of our patients more than the money.
