Hi Sam, We understand how you feel about this and we are so sorry if we haven't reached your satisfaction. We have a lot of merchants who are affiliated with us and each merchant has its own policy that we cannot change nor override in the system. We send emails to customers to submit a claim because that is how the process works. There are really merchants that do not support order inquiries and there is nothing that we can do about that. We do understand that you might not able to find your order details with this order number because this was from last two years ago and we can change that for you. Merchants require to verify at least 3 orders you had in your account. Please check your email for this for us to proceed and assist you with your account verification.
