All of the data that we have here are merchant provided and the estimated period of time that they review orders is within 60 - 90 days because they do have different speed of reviewing orders made online. We also would like to set proper expectation that MAXREBATES do not cancel orders made in the system, canceled or invalid orders are merchants judgement base on the terms and conditions they had posted on how to earn cashback, if the order is not qualified with the terms and condition merchant would tagged it as invalid order and no cashback has earned.
