Really great experience so far, straight forward intake and easy access to a physician. I finally have enough energy to go out and do the things I’ve wanted to do for a long time. I hope to continue improving and am loving the changes I’m seeing at around 3 months into treatment.

This was a pretty horrendous experience if there was a way to give it less than one star I probably would. From the get-go they told me that it would be a six week to two month. Wait time to even get on the phone with a “ doctor” but after I pushed, I was able to get somebody on the phone for an intake and it turns out that it was a doctor just doing this as a side hustle who really didn’t know anything about Maximus. But I proceeded and they sent me the testosterone, but they sent me the wrong needles and at the time I did not know that you could not use diabetic needles, which is what they sent to me because the oil is too thick to extract out of the balls with a needle that small. I reached out to Maximus a number of times for clarification on why and nobody was able to answer my question. Obviously this left me feeling uneasy so I canceled the order and demanded a refund and they sent me an email saying that they refunded it but I am in my fourth month now of them still charging me in fighting to not get charged. Horrible customer service horrible support honestly horrible everything I would never recommend this to anybody.

This is truly an Eye Opener! My Free T went up 6x and Total T went up 5x! I feel like I have control of my life again, the constant brain fog, fatigue, no motivation is gone. As a new patient I had lots of questions, and a Maximus coach reached out to me to discuss any questions and concerns that I had. Customer support is super helpful and knowledgeable, and they always get back to me in a timely manner. My overall experience so far is a 10/10.

The products work, everything comes with detailed instructions and there’s a fast turn around time both for any customer service as well as the process. It’s very simple, even the blood tests come to your house. It’s highly convenient and tailored to your needs. I 100% recommend them.

Update: Since my initial review I have had nothing but positive interactions with Maximus. The Assistant Customer Success Manager, Mickler, reached out to me and went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved. Mickler worked with me to make sure the RX was submitted and recommended transferring to another pharmacy. All of this was done within a few days and the new prescription was shipped yesterday and delivered today. Although I got off to a bumpy start, I could not recommend Maximus enough. They take the time to follow up and work out their customer needs. I will continue to use their service. Thanks again Mickler. This was my previous review- I am a new customer for their GLP-1 weight loss product. A dr. approved my prescription on 4/15. They said that the RX was sent over to the pharmacy and would take 2-7 days to fill. It is now 4/27 (14 days and counting) and it still has not been filled. I have reached out to support 2 times and they just say they are “looking into it” but don’t provide any solutions or any time frames for order fulfillment. I’m beginning to think the medicine is not going to show up. I had high hopes for the company but seems like it might not work out.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. They constantly made promises and in the end they couldn’t deliver. After over a month of getting the run around and not receiving my prescription I finally decided enough was enough and asked for a refund as well as a cancellation of my account. I’m very disappointed in the way this company treated the issue and couldn’t do better. Customer service was slow at responding and always took a while to hear back via email. In the end of it all I wasted my money using them for my first month and then returning all the way back to square one after over a month off of my medication. Stay away, find a local clinic who will attend to you and your needs in person and for a better price too.

Been on the GLP-1 weight loss program for 9 months with no problems. Got charged the monthly fee at the beginning of April, filled out the questionnaire the day it was available and in April 5 I checked and it said doctor had sent to pharmacy to fulfill on April 2. On April 14 I had not received notice of shipment from pharmacy so do the chat and asked for status and was told that they changed pharmacy and would escalate to see what the status was. Checked again on April 16 and in chat I was told that it would be escalated again but to make up for it they would issue me a credit for May’s subscription. Followed up again in April 20 and was told it would be escalated to the appropriate team and I should hear something soon. I’ve got enough med left for a partial shot tomorrow and then am out. Followed up again on April 21 because still no response and haven’t heard back. If you don’t have availability to the medicine anymore just tell me and I’ll try to do something else but to tell me for over a week that it’s been escalated and not let me know a status is ridiculous, especially when you charged me for April without providing any product for April. Beginning to think they can’t get access to the semaglutide now that the shortage has been declared over and don’t any to tell anyone so they can keep charging my card

The products work well for me. But a glitch in their system made me almost miss 3 months worth of medication. I also do find the lack of phone calls frustrating and it's just email. If it weren't for Mickler, I might have given up on them for service and not product quality. However my billing issue was resolved in a timely manner.
