Missed May's shipment for no reason caused a lot of medical problems. I think the Doctors here don't understand basic medical concepts. They should go back to medical school. I will cancel the membership

I attempted to sign up for Tesamorelin through Maximus and had a very disappointing experience. The process required me to provide extensive personal information upfront, including a selfie and my driver’s license, and I was charged $299 before any determination of eligibility was made. After completing the entire intake process, I reached the final page only to be told that, based on my responses, I was “not the right fit” for the product. At that point, I had already been charged and had to contact customer service just to request a refund. In my opinion, if someone is ultimately deemed ineligible for treatment, they should not be charged in the first place, especially after collecting sensitive personal information and requiring identity verification. The process felt misleading and unnecessarily frustrating. If you are not a candidate, that should be determined before charging your card.

Maximus Tribe has really made significant improvements since the time I first joined. The support team is stellar. They address any concerns promptly and always provide quality service. My clinician is also very responsive and works with me to make sure that my protocol is reflective of my needs. At first I wasn’t sure if the protocol was making any difference, so I took two months off, and I could really tell the difference. After starting back with Enclomiphene, I have more motivation, have better energy and need less sleep. With raising a toddler, being a husband, managing a team at work - I need to be dialed. This protocol makes a meaningful difference. Additionally, my wife and I are in the process of conception. So, having the option to stay on Enclomiphene has been helpful to optimize my performance while remaining fertile. I definitely recommend starting a protocol to anyone who has already made adjustments to diet, movement, and mental/emotional wellbeing, but is still suffering from suboptimal hormone profiles.
