The Maximus Tribe experience has been distinctly positive from end to end. I tried the EP-01 protocol and have found it very helpful. I needed to make a few adjustments and the medical team, including my MD, were very responsive and understanding. I encountered a shipping issue (not Maximus's fault) and they resolved it for me, after hours, with the fastest and most effective turnaround that I have experienced from an online company. Truly great service. There are a few things I would like to note, though I am not considering them problems. The EP-01 protocol stacks Enclomiphene Citrate with Pregnenolone. There is not a lot of research on this specific combination. I can see theoretical reasons for it, but it's worth knowing what you're putting into your body. It is possible to request just the Enclomiphene from Maximus, at the same price point etc. Pregnenolone may not be for everyone, or you may simply want to be able to adjust the dosage of it independently of your Enclomiphene dose. When communicating with the medical team, it's important to let them know about any and all pre-existing conditions and other medications. As far as I know, they do not have access to other medical records, so the responsibility is on the patient/consumer to provide a detailed report. If you don't, interactions or medication contraindications could be missed. Overall, the Maximus service is excellent. It is, as always in American healthcare, incumbent upon the patient to take responsibility for their care and consider each adjustment carefully and in context. That said, Maximus does a good job helping you out and supporting you with any bumps in the road along the way.

Very responsive, informative and genuinely want you to succeed. I had an interruption in my subscription due to a system error, when I reached out they were extreme accommodating and worked all the way through the issue, and even followed up after to make sure I was happy.
