Cristina was great, but it took forever to get parts from Facnor/Wichard, which I guess isn't really Mauripro's fault, but I missed the rest of a short sailing season here in Michigan after the Mac race. That said, if getting parts is that much of a hassle, having some stock on hand may have been helpful

First time dealing with Mauripro. Was referred by another reseller while I was calling around trying to find some hard to find Lewmar parts. The team was very responsive and parts that were not showing up, were added for me and available online within an hour of my request. Have received one order so far and waiting for the other. My order was made easily from Website after some struggle with finding items. By boat type is v good. Delivery is anticipated as 4 / 5 days. My order was made paid on Friday and needed to be delivered by the following Friday. Enough time I thought! Surprise on the Monday to be told it will arrive on Monday Ie too late! Because items coming from Holland. All was very politely and pleasantly advised verbally. I had to ask was there any way to speed up delivery. Very helpfully and pleasantly I was told she would see if there was any quicker way. The alternative presented again most politely and helpfully was for items to be sent direct with an extra cost. I decided yes. I was kept informed of progress and af delivery. Excellent service eventuality and excellent communication.

Customer Service is EXCELLENT, fast response and true solutions. Order preparation and shipping is not so fast. I found different products out of stock or with significant waiting times, and you know that after you have placed the order. In the contrary Customer Service try to solve all problems quickly and fine. But, the whole bundle takes time.
