If I could give zero stars I would. Paid 260 for a pair of glasses, and the frame failed and just broke at the nose near the eye. Still within their warranty coverage, but they wont honor the warranty. The glasses were not dropped, smashed press or anything and always kept in the provided case they came in. Sent them in for repair and after denying warranty coverage they wanted to charge me for a new frame. My thought? I wont ever buy Maui Jim products and buyer beware. Ive had RayBans that lasted 25 years. These made it 18 months. And they wont except and honor their warranty. No thanks.

Just want to echo what so many others have said about Maui Jim’s outstanding customer service. I’ve been wearing Maui Jims for well over 15 years. I’ve rarely needed their support, but every time I have, it’s blown me away. My glasses are prescription, so they’re cut in their USA factory and shipped from there. On my first order they were a day late dispatching. I was heading on a ski holiday and needed them urgently—so they simply redirected the package to my hotel to arrive when I did. No prblem. Last year I broke a frame on a model that had been discontinued for years. Maui Jim still hold old models in stocks for replacements for years..... When I'm ready, I can upgrade to a current model for just the lens price. Needed a replacement case? I called to ask which one to buy. They posted me a free one. Love this company. If only Maui Jim did financial services—they would clean up.

While I love the MJ product. Their customer service is a stone wall. I used the Gov't discount and then they turn around and hit you with the shipping fee "because shipping isn't free if you get a discount! Told MJ i could get the product cheaper via another vendor... and they just did not care... any company willing to lose a customer over $10 on a $200-300 purchase does not deserve your business.

I recently ordered a pair of Punchbowel sunglasses online. They arrived well packaged, although I found the case to be a bit flimsy. I love the lenses—best in the business for polarized lenses. The frames are okay. Actually, they were the only frames out of all MJ has to offer that I could wear due to my somewhat narrow, oval face. I cannot wear large lenses; they overpower my face. I also found customer service to be unhelpful in this regard. I guess they think their lenses are so great that they can afford to offer subpar support. I just expected more from them.

I bought these sunglasses two months ago for $400and all of a sudden the flexible plastic around the frames broke not because of anything I did it just came apart in the lens popped out and in order to replace and get new frames it’s 180 bucks sun glasses I bought were Tigerlily glasses they were really cute but way too fragile for the cost do not buy!!!!

Je viens de recevoir ma 2e paire et j'en suis très content. Après la Makaha, je me suis orienté vers la O'hokipa en personnalisé. Les verres sont tjs très bons. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat.

Possesseur depuis longtemps de lunettes Maui Jim j'ai demandé le changement payant de mes verres rayés auprès de la marque. Après évaluation ils m'ont contacté pour me dire que finalement le changement me serait offert car ils avaient détecté un autre problème de structure avec les verres, tout cela en 3 jours et expédition immédiate. Sauf que colissimo a perdu (pour n'accuser personne) le colis. Mes lunettes n'étant plus commercialisées ils m'ont fait fabriquer une paire aux USA que j'ai reçu en une semaine.

Their customer service is phenomenal, the reps are very polite and you can tell the value their customer and thrive to make things right. I love their style of sunglasses and their polarized lenses are amazing on my eyes.
