I had written a poor review as I didn’t hear back from the company regarding an issue with my new watch, but it turns out my email was the problem. Emma was more than helpful. They not only are replacing the watch they sent me a gift for my trouble! Unheard of in today’s market. What a great company with fantastic customer service. Also what a beautiful product! I own about 18 watches and I think I’ll be buying three or four more from this company.

For some reason, I didn't receive the watch that had been sent. Lisa from Matthew Mercury promptly rectified this by sending a replacement, which I have received. The matter was handled and resolved quickly, and the communication throughout was excellent. I am therefore very satisfied with the service and delighted with the watch. Thanks Lisa!

The watches were just what I was looking for! a nice variety to choose from and good value.

I ordered the watch as a birthday gift for my husband but forgot that we were flying off on vacation in nine days. It was going to be a tight squeeze, so I asked customer service to delay the delivery. They responded immediately and said it was no problem at all. After we returned from vacation, I let them know it could be shipped. Today, the gift arrived—well-packed and in beautiful packaging. My husband was absolutely delighted and is already considering buying another model. Great service with very fast response times, and the watch is truly beautiful. Thank you.
