Delivery of my watch took longer than expected. I am still waiting for one of the watches I ordered, it's been 2 months now with no communication from the company. The watches feel light and the clasp keeps opening on 2 of them, not happy

Tough to review honestly when my watch is over a month for delivery so far…. And still no watch.

Hi Colin :) We are happy to see you got the watch already! We are sorry for the long wait, due to this covid situation we all face, shipping can take a bit longer than usual. We will be happy to hear your thoughts about the watch now that you have got it! In any other question or concern, we are always available in chat (on our website) or by mail.

The logistics company used for delivery claimed 2 failed deliveries at times we were home, before we were able to track the item down and collect from the Depo. Matthew Mercury customer service were helpful and quick to respond but couldn't help beyond requesting another delivery. On collecting the item the wrong colour of watch was sent (brown rather as black). After taking over 3 weeks to arrive we don't have time to arrange an exchange. It was bought for a birthday present and the recipient still likes the watch but disappointed it's wasn't the colour they had originally chosen. The watch itself it elegent and of great quality.
