I couldn't be happier with my experience! I originally ordered a white rubber strap, but when it arrived, the color just wasn't quite right for me. I reached out to customer support to see if I could exchange it for a red one, and they went above and beyond. They handled the entire exchange process effortlessly, providing a prepaid shipping label and sending out the new red strap at no extra cost. The replacement arrived quickly, looks amazing, and the quality is top-notch. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive, helpful, and hassle-free. I highly recommend them and will definitely buy from here again!

Fantastic customer service! Lisa from the Matthew Mercury Customer Care Team, went over and above to make sure my my beautiful Dan RED watch and Insignia fountain pen arrived right on schedule. She kept me updated and was proactive throughout. I can honestly say I've never encountered better customer service than this. EVER! Both items are beautiful, and I couldn't be more pleased. Very nice watch bought the red with white face dressed it up with a pinstripe suit on and I can dress it up or down. It feels good. It looks good. It’s very classy for the price is the best thing that I’ve bought in the last 30 years.

Impeccable customer service. The time piece that I chose for my husband had to be sleek, sharp, refined, ruggedly handsome and look excellent on his wrist while he’s driving his 2021 Stingray Convertible Corvette! My husband‘s birthday is coming up and Retirement so it’s a milestone.
