Mat showed up faster than the initial estimate. Appears to be a good thickness and sturdy

Excellent product. Service very good from this company. Arrived very quickly. Would highly recommend them

Good delivery and excellent product.

Ordered late and arrived in the nick of time... the Xmas tree mat does exactly what it was needed for 👍🏻...

It would be nice to give an indication when your item will arrive. Yes, a tracking number is given, but advising it takes normally xx amount of days after making placing orgder can be useful.

Delivery came earlier than expected.

The chair mat seems to be a decent thickness which feels alot more robust than the one it replaced which crumbled after 6 months, however, for an eye watering £280.00 I would expect a perfect finish around the edges of the mat, mine isn't perfect but is not bad enough to send back hence the 4 stars, but even when placed on a thick pile carpet with thick foam underlay this particular mat feels solid which in turn allows my office chair to glide easily which is the reason for the purchase, so overall I'm reasonably happy.

As specified on website. Arrived in good time. Actually arrived rolled and a bit tricky to undo, beware they are held under tension and require releasing very carefully (they do come with a leaflet showing how to unfasten safely). Laid flat straight away. Be careful when handling as the edges were a little sharp and I cut myself unpacking them. They do the job and protect the carpet and stay in place. Reasonable value for money. Hopefully they will last.
