I've only had it for a few days, but absolutely love it! It feels just like rolling on wood floors but it's a mat on carpet. There are no stress cracks or indents from sitting in one spot so far. As someone who now partially remotes from home and does freelance on the side, the investment is worth it.

This chair mat seems very durable and after 3 days of use has not yet crept on the carpet either. I am hopeful that it was worth paying that bit extra. Great customer service too.

Prompt shipping, excellent price, better than Amazon. The chair mat works well on hardwood floors and does not slide. I recommend the 36x48 so there is ample room to maneuver. Product has no residual odor.

The mat had not arrived after ten days, probably due to the bad weather at the time. After contacting customer services, I received an immediate apology and they followed up with the courier company. The delivery arrived the next day. I am very pleased with the product - a Marvelux polycarbonate chair mat for low to medium pile carpets. Just what I needed.

I bought 2 mats direct from Matstores rather than Amazon and am pleased I did. They were ordered on Friday and delivered very quickly - one on Saturday and one on Sunday. The mats are very good quality and do the job of protecting the carpet and allowing castors to run freely. Happy with my purchase!
