Mat StoresReviews of matstores.com

Mat is great and I can now slide my desk chair in and out without dragging it through the carpet!

I have bought at least four floor matts from Amazon and eBay. None of them stood the test of time for even four weeks. THIS, however, hasn't given any sign of wear and tear. It's pricier than the alternatives but you know what, its worth the money.

Arrived promptly, in great condition. Excellent service.

Happy with the service, although the product felt very overpriced for what is essentially a piece of plastic. The chair mat itself is reasonable to good quality, although the spikes could be longer as it still moves around the carpet quite a bit, unfortunately.

Goods came quickly but I left instructions with DHL to deliver to a neighbour as the goods were worth £120. Instead DHL left them on my doorstep. Luckily they were still there twelve hours later when I got home but what’s the point of DHL texting me for instructions if they then don’t follow them? Also there is no way of telling them which neighbour to leave the goods with. You can only choose leave with neighbour. This is often quite important as not all neighbours are the same and some don’t want deliveries for others.

Great service again

Excellent mat, delivered flat and very strong. Exactly what I needed to protect my carpet and provide a smooth surface for my office chair. Very happy.

I ordered a matt to protect the carpet in my office. The website was user friendly and the mat arrived faster than the originally promised. All in all an excellent service.
