Easy to place order, arrived in a few days, and was exactly what I expected.

Perfect hard mat for the soft carpet. The office chair no longer sinks into the carpet but instead scoots across the floor, and the carpet is protected. Customer service (via email) was very helpful and ensured I got the correct product for my type of carpet.

Good quality, highly recommended.

When I had questions about which mat to order for our plush carpet, I emailed customer service. Vicky was very quick to respond to each email and was very helpful.

Delivered on time and packaged well so no damage was experienced. We had to cut it down a little as it was too big but all working well. This works for deep pile carpets. I would recommend - this is the seconf mat that I have bought and very happy with it.

Great product and pretty fast delivery

Looking for a carpet protector, reasonable price, rigid, I'm a heavy guy and holds me well on the office chair. Good delivery time. Would recommend this company to work with.

The mat arrived flat and in good condition, acceptably quickly. It is as described and we shall order some more as a result
