The mat I ordered was supposed to be for a thick plush carpet but it had very short tabs/ points on the bottom side therefore for it slips on the carpet.

My first order was a good experience. Got what I ordered. I ordered two more sets of the same pet mats, but this time got a different product. I don’t like the second shipment. I couldn’t find a phone number to speak with someone so I sent an email. It’s been 4 days and haven’t received any communication whatsoever. Needless to say, I’m very dissatisfied at this point. Hopefully someone will reach out to me so we can resolve the issue.

Great product and better quality than I imagined. The mat does a great job of protecting my deep pile carpet and providing a surface that my offcie chair can easily glide across. The price was reasonable and delivery was quick.

The mats were delivered promptly, and packaged in sturdy boxes. They are good quality, feel soft and comfortable under my feet, and have no odor. The sizes are just right and the neutral gray color looks great in my kitchen with the stainless steel appliances. I highly recommend this company!
