Easy Ordering, Fast Delivery and Important Opening Instructions
The selection and ordering process for a Marvelux polycarbonate mat was straightforward, and delivery was prompt. Buyer beware: The mat arrives rolled up, and the instructions must be followed carefully to prevent it from springing open unexpectedly and potentially causing injury. Other suppliers provide a slow-release strap, which I believe this supplier should also adopt as a sensible safety precaution. As with all mats of this type, cracking can develop over time. It will be interesting to see whether this brand proves any more durable.
Response from Mat StoresOct 20, 2026
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear the ordering process was user friendly and your order was delivered in good time. Unrolling instructions are provided with all of our mats and it is important these are read and followed to avoid any injury or damage when unpacking the mats for use. The mats are rolled under tension and if the unrolling instructions are followed no injury should occur. Kind regards, Mat Stores
