Excellent
First time buyer. Easy ordering process online. Free and fast delivery. Well packaged. I expected the rigid mat to be flat packed, so extra care was needed to unroll the mat as there is a LOT of tension. Lays and stays flat once on the carpet. Overall very pleased and would use Matstores again. I bought directly and not from Amazon.

Thank you for your positive review. We are pleased to hear you were happy with the product and service received. Due to the increase in freight costs, we now ship all of our mats rolled to ensure the best price is still achieved. However, as you will have experienced, once the mats are unrolled they revert to flat state almost immediately. We look forward to assisting you with any future purchases. Kind regards, Mat Stores
