Very slow respond, when purchasing the item, the process went thru really quick. But when returning the item and request for an approval, no respond. Not a place for business

I've had one successful purchase from MassGenie and one unsuccessful purchase. I understand the nature of how massgenie operates but my failed purchase was a confusing experience. I believe it was because not enough people bought the item but I'm not sure. It's that confusion that causes me to downgrade me rating.
