Power deals are legit

Website is horribly busted
Website is horribly busted. Took me a dozen tries to get through sign up and then checkout. Internal server errors, freezes, etc the entire way through. bummer.

The website does not work
The website does not work. I tried Firefox and the site is unusable, switched to Chrome and at least I was able to go through with my purchase. Clicking buttons on the checkout page will sometimes cause things to execute, and sometimes nothing happens, and it is hard to tell if it is because it is taking time or if it just ignored the click. There are perfectly acceptable form buttons that developers can use when building their web pages, but the developers decided they were going to reimplement everything using Javascript so that more testing was required, basic button behaviors had to be implemented from scratch (poorly), and some browsers were not supported. Even this survey is a proof that they did not think about the user experience at all, it shows up immediately after creating an order, but it asks you for the order number (which is not even labeled in the orders page, at least for power deals), and which you cannot get to because the survey window is modal.

this is my 3rd time placing a power…
this is my 3rd time placing a power deal, 3rd time winning only to be refused because of credit card info or shipping address. I have submitted 3 different credit cards and have talked to the cc issuer and their should not be a problem. this is last attemp, if a problem now I am calling this a scam and complaining to the BBB and State Atty General.
