After months of research, my wife and I just purchased an Infinity Celebrity Massage Chair from “Rick” at the Massage Chair Store Rick is very personable, patient and knowledgeable about Infinity chairs. He answered all our questions, sometime twice, as we discussed all the various functions of the chairs we were considering. He was very patient with “all” our questions and very helpful on helping us make a chair selection. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever! My wife and I are very pleased with this customer service! Recently purchased an Infinity massage chair. I worked with Rick Gallant. Rick spent at least 4 hours on the phone with me over the course of 3 to 4 days and answered all my questions. The whole process was just as advertised. Rick is very knowledgeable and really helped me understand all the details of massage chairs. We've had our chair for about a month now and couldn't be happier.

I must say this purchase has got to be the easiest, most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. Rick spent an hour and a half explaining all the ins and outs of how the chair works, figuring out which one was best for my family and then checking on us after the delivery. There is a definite difference now that I am educated between the quality of massage chairs out there so be ware of the cheap chairs. They look good on the outside, but there is a massive difference underneath that you really need to understand. Heck call the massage chair store and let Rick explain it. He saved me money over all and could have sold me a more expensive chair I didn't need but he has such integrity he sold me exactly what I needed and saved me money. This guy is the true example of customer service. This company is based in the U.S. and trust me not many are. The quality and feel of the infinity chair is absolutely amazing. I had to really look at this chair because I could swear it was real leather. It is easy to understand and yet this thing is better than a massage. It really helped me instantly as well as my dad and we both fell asleep in it after the first use. It is an incredible piece of equipment and we are all having to take turns using it. In summary the massage chair store is the only place I would go to buy a chair. They are wonderful to work with and significantly less expensive than these high end stores that do not even have the quality of the infinity line of chairs. Don't take my word for it. Do your homework, call the massage chair store before you buy anything and ask for Rick. Trust me you will be so glad you did. A special thank you Rick for helping me. Tyler is the best I owe him so much. My Infinity is the Mercedes Bentz of chairs. I have had 5 other chairs and done of them can even come close to this chair. This chair does everything but clean the house. My body feels so good now I can actually sleep without pain. It is like I have died and gone to Heaven . Thanks to Tyler I get a little piece of Heaven every day. This hair is the best part of everyday and night I love it so much my body feels amazing for the first time in 40 years and it is all because of this amazing chair. thank you so... much Tyler. All in all a very good experience though I am still waiting to get my chair a week later but, it’s Christmas so that does change things as we lose 2 days. Ask for drew, he was really good.

Delivery incomplete! Shipped the incorrect arms for the Model! After getting the run around I received a call back indicating the correct arms not going to be delivered until Friday 12/27/19! Unacceptable! Poor customer service and correcting a delivery mistake! Please contact me to resolve! Thanks

Tyler is a helluva salesman! He can sale match books to the Devil himself! I’ve never made a purchase this large from just conversing with someone I’ve never met before. Made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. My chair will be delivered and assembled today, on Xmas Eve!! What a Christmas this will be! Thank you and Happy Holidays!!!
