Massage chair research and shopping was incredibly time consuming and challenging for me, almost more than buying a car. After disappointment with two other online stores, massagechairstore.com instantly made the experience great. The sales rep was probably the best I've ever had. So much energy, friendliness, and knowledge about the products combined with the patience to listen to my unique needs. He must have spent 30 minutes with me and it seemed he'd be happy to spend another 30. This store will be in business forever with that kind of human capital at their disposal. Thus they will be there to have your back. This has to be one of the best places to get a chair when you're in my situation and can't go try them out. Piece of mind and no stress as they clearly know every chair in detail and have direct communication with the manufacturers. I will use them again for sure!

Ordered and financed chair last week. Haven't heard when to expect it, when it might ship, or when they will accept payment. Nothing. Not one word.

What a great experience. Very knowledgeable people to answer your question. Very sincere and proud of their corporation. They walked me thru not only their Webb sight but also helped me process the loan company s sight. I know the chair is a quality product that I purchased as I have used one. But like they say the quality of a product is only as good as the employees pride in their employer. I would give them a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Great experience

Ordering and delivery were easy and smooth. The chair’s controls are easy to use and intuitive. The chair looks great in my space and is comfortable to sit in even when not being used to massage. The massage reaches as far as my lower head , which is great for my headaches. Very happy with this purchase

When I 1st received my chair I used it twice a day, I noticed that after the second month of owning it I was spending less time using it. Having broken my back multiple times I'm amazed at the relief the chair provides. Prior to this chair I had basic " I track " massage chair which gave me a great deal of relief, though it was nothing compared to the effect I receive from the new one.

It’s odd to write a review before even receiving the product I ordered but I’ve got to tell you that if the chair I ordered is even half as good as the customer service I received from Tyler and your crew I should be very happy indeed. To say customer service is a lost art would be an understatement. Other businesses should take note and aspire to treat customers as you folks do. Thanks!

Amazing chair... love it love it and great value!!!

Today I purchased an Infinity Dynasty with the incredible help from Rick. My wife is pregnant so I had pretty specific needs for her. Rick couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the sometimes confusing world of massage chairs. He was everything you want in a sales person: funny, laid-back, and informative. In fact, I went from curious to sold in about 30 minutes because of the confidence he had.
