I ordered my first massage chair yesterday from the Massage Chair Store. I have not ordered such a product before and was initially very nervous to do so over the phone/internet. Richard Galland and Ryan McKallagat put my mind at ease by explaining different features of products, warranty information, what would happen should there be a problem with the product, etc. I had so many questions and concerns, but Richard (Rick?) and Ryan were both patient and informative. Thanks, Rick and Ryan. Looking forward to receiving my chair and will update my review with product review specifics.

I don't usually write reviews. And I've never purchased anything so expensive before besides picking up the tab for college. Mr. Gallant is a kind, honest, and patient man. I originally inquired about Osaki's high-end massage chairs to which I was informed that due to manufacturers giving their consumers a difficult time; they're no longer supported on massagechairstore. There's no doubt that someone else would've happily took my money without any afterthought.

Rick did such an amazing job of explaining all of the options. He listened to what we needed specifically and matched us to the right chair. He didn't SELL Mr a chair he guided me to help me make the right decision. The best part...he wants me to call him when we get it and let him know how we like it. Also said call with any questions or issues. That's customer service!!!

This chair was expensive but when you feel your body and mind relax, you realize, you can't put a price on well-being.

After months of researching different chairs, I finally the Massage Chair Store who allowed me to complete a survey that would help narrow down the best chair for my size, ache’s, pains etc. They stayed in positive contact with me “not nagging contact”. Fantastic experience and an amazing massage chair. I purchased the Kyota Yosei M868 after having a horrible experience with another chair from a large wholesaler. It was returned twice within a month after arriving damaged. I did my research and came upon the Massage Chair Store. It was a Sunday and Rick Gallant answered my call.
