Excellent customer service! I am enjoying my chair!

The Massage Chair Store honored its price match guarantee and provided excellent customer service during the purchase process.

The chair is great! It has gotten used practically every day since we got it. I was a little nervous to buy a used massage chair (certified grade B), but the chair works great! There are a couple of minor cosmetic issues, but you don’t notice unless you really look for them. The material of the chair is great! The leather is soft. The air pillows and rollers work well. We love the many different settings and auto programs. The heating settings aren’t quite as warm as I would like, but it’s not a huge deal. Delivery for the chair was seamless. Overall, I would recommend the store and the chair!

Very helpful ...chair works better than expected!

Kansha 878 makes a thumping sound in footrest when airbags inflate that isn’t common in other comparable luxury chairs. I would not recommend this chair over other comparable models and manufacturers at similar cost. Appreciated the company efforts to correct the problem.

I needed some help making sure I was choosing the right chair and worked with Ryan through the chat feature. He was helpful, patient, and even helped me know the options for waiting for the chair I wanted to be back in stock. I got a 'used' chair and there were a couple small knicks on it. I was very happy to save $1000 for a minor blemish. Ryan's close attention and quick responses made the difference of me staying with this company instead of going with another one that had so-so Trustpilot reviews. There were no mechanical issues with the chair and all the parts were there. They sent me an email with the video links to attach the arms. Because we bought the chair used, it was pre-assembled, and so we used the video to take the arms and foot part off to move it into the house. I'd definitely do business with them again.
