Easy to work with and very accommodating

The chair arrived on time and was set up for us in the room of our choice. In the first two weeks, I have already used the chair for 10 massages and my wife has used it several times as well. Our kids were home from college and they used the chair all weekend. We all love it!

The sales manager asked me to submit a review about my experience. Life happens and here I am finally posting this review a year later. This company stands behind the products that they sell. If I needed another chair I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Very good service in the purchase of our first massage chair. The sales team at the Massage Chair Store were excellent in helping us choose our Kyota Yutaka. I do not have other experiences with massage chairs but this one gives a nice massage and we love it so far. Our chair does squeeze your Achilles heel area too tightly also when the right air bag inflates but we just move our feet up on the rollers to relieve this. Other than that my wife and I put the chair together in about 30 minutes and everything is functioning properly. Definitely seems helpful with sore back muscles and we believe it helps with better sleep at night. My wife loves it !
